Sean Walker has over two decades of experience in advising on capital markets issues ranging from corporate finance to mergers & acquisitions to detailed financial analysis.  As a principal and wealth advisor at AFP, he provides strategic insights in:

Sean has over 20 years of experience as a capital markets industry veteran. His background includes a plethora of consulting and advisory roles in matters of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and financial analysis. He has had the pleasure of advising corporate leadership, private equity and closely held, family owned businesses on a variety of strategic and financial issues. Prior to his roles in corporate America, Mr. Walker served in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer, flying combat missions aboard the F-14B Tomcat. He also served as an assistant adjunct professor of Naval Science at UCLA.

Mr. Walker earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics with an emphasis in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and later received his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business. He holds Series 7, 63, 66 and 24 registrations.

Sean is married to his lovely wife Kimberly, and together they have four children. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys aviation, alpine skiing, golf and basketball.
