About Joan

Joan is an excellent communicator and provides friendly, timely responses to requests. Her ability to meaningfully engage with clients makes her a great fit for her role as our Client Service Associate. 

A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in consumer sciences, Joan has two decades of experience in the financial services industry. She has experience in both securities and insurance products. 

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying active outdoors with hiking, cycling and exploring. She also likes to spend time reading and sewing.
